  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

Instructions
