  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and lining an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
