Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with whisked eggs, and the last filled with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip into egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Arrange tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. To make the honey mustard dip, mix equal parts honey and mustard in a bowl until smooth.
