Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop for an efficient cooking process.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring.
- Slowly add freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the cream until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained fettuccine; toss to coat everything in the sauce.
