- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh vegetables (cucumbers and tomatoes)
- Tahini sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
