Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh vegetables (cucumbers and tomatoes)
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high (400°F or 204°C).
  3. Grill Chicken: Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
