Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak dried chickpeas in water overnight.
  2. Drain and blend soaked chickpeas with garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper until a coarse mixture forms.
