- Arborio rice
- Fresh mushrooms (cremini or shiitake)
- Halal chicken broth
- Onion
- Garlic

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop onions and garlic, slice mushrooms, and measure rice and broth.
- Sauté aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add onions and garlic; cook until translucent (3-4 minutes).
- Add mushrooms and rice: Stir in sliced mushrooms and Arborio rice; cook until rice edges are translucent (2-3 minutes).
- Gradually add broth: Pour in hot halal chicken broth one cup at a time, stirring until absorbed. Repeat until rice is al dente (18-20 minutes).
- Finish with cheese: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish & serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve warm.
