- 1 ripe tomato, sliced

Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
