Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat with half of the sauce.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush the remaining sauce on the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
