- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat with half of the sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush the remaining sauce on the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
