  • 23 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Shred the chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce on the rolled-out dough. Evenly layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Add shredded chicken, red onions, and bell peppers generously over the cheese.
