- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Shred the chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce.
- Spread BBQ sauce on the rolled-out dough. Evenly layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add shredded chicken, red onions, and bell peppers generously over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
