  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Shred once cooled.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of filling onto each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into triangles, sealing tightly.
