- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and gather all ingredients.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken and add cream cheese on top.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any desired herbs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in tortellini and spinach until warmed through.
- Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
