Description

CrockPot Chicken Tortellini is a creamy, comforting dish that combines tender chicken and cheesy tortellini, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and gather all ingredients.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and add cream cheese on top.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any desired herbs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in tortellini and spinach until warmed through.
  7. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
