Description

Reuben Sliders are the ultimate game day snack, combining tender corned beef, gooey Swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut, all nestled in soft slider buns. These mini sandwiches are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with flavor, making them perfect for any casual gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef, sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble sliders by placing a slice of Swiss cheese on each bottom bun. Layer with corned beef and sauerkraut; drizzle with dressing before topping with the other half of the bun.
  3. Brush melted butter over the tops of assembled sliders.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm with extra dressing for dipping.
