  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and Baileys; mix well.
