- Linguine or Fettuccine
- Fresh Lobster Meat
- Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add diced lobster and heat through.
- Pour in white wine, scraping any bits from the skillet. Simmer until reduced by half.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.
- Toss the drained pasta with the sauce over low heat, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving hot.
