Ingredients

  • Linguine or Fettuccine
  • Fresh Lobster Meat
  • Heavy Cream
  • Garlic
  • White Wine
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add diced lobster and heat through.
  3. Pour in white wine, scraping any bits from the skillet. Simmer until reduced by half.
  4. Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.
  5. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce over low heat, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving hot.
