- 2 tablespoons rose water

Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with ½ cup of cold milk until smooth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining milk and sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in rose water and cardamom.
- Pour into serving bowls and let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours. Garnish with nuts before serving.
