  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate lines)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently.
  4. Fold in the berries carefully without crushing them.
  5. Fill each cavity in the donut pan halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
  7. While cooling on a wire rack, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over each donut and add melted cocoa lines for decoration.
