  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warmed milk and active dry yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Mix in sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour while stirring; knead by hand for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled (approximately 1 hour).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, sprinkle cinnamon sugar and blueberries evenly.
  6. Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into individual pieces.
  7. Arrange the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
