Instructions

  2. Create the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk flour and salt. Add melted butter and activated yeast mixture; stir until combined.
  3. Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let it Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Prepare the Filling: Mix softened butter, cinnamon, sugar, and sprinkles in a bowl; spread evenly over rolled-out dough.
  6. Shape & Bake: Roll into a log, slice into about 12 pieces, place in a greased baking dish, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Glaze & Serve: Cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with vanilla extract and enough milk for desired consistency.
