  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture: Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool. Add a splash of lemon juice.
  2. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix Mascarpone and Sugar: In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract; stir gently until smooth.
  4. Add Lemon Juice and Zest: Fold in lemon juice and zest into the mascarpone mixture.
