Description

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar and add eggs one at a time.
  3. Gently fold in flour until just combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Spread over the brownie layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer, then dollop remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean but slightly moist. Let cool before slicing.
