- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar and add eggs one at a time.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Spread over the brownie layer.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer, then dollop remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean but slightly moist. Let cool before slicing.
