Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently to avoid over-mixing.
  5. Fold in chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Prepare the streusel by mixing oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. Spoon batter into muffin cups until 2/3 full and sprinkle streusel on top.
