- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine crumbled tofu, kimchi, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Assemble the dumplings: Place about one tablespoon of filling on each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to create a half-moon shape, pinching tightly to seal.

- Steam: Add approximately 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately with a lid. Steam for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
