- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Punch down the dough, divide into portions, and roll into circles about ¼ inch thick.
- Brush each circle with olive oil, sprinkle zaatar, add dollops of labneh, and top with sliced olives.
